Palpable tension can be felt between the two tracks here from the veteran producer and UK dubstep pioneer. “Claustro” is crazed, rock-torching footwork, while “State Forest” is foreboding and dark. Both are good, but it’s the ambient work that really shines on this fourteen minute record as Burial ventures further into the void.
